— if approaching from the South — go North on Don Mills Rd, turn left on Overlea, turn right on Beth Nealson (Thorncliffe Park), turn left on Wicksteed and right onto Brentcliffe.

1. Electronic Tuning — the L C D’s of Cyber Tuning
— Will discuss various electronic tuners, how they process information to provide assistance for us to tune more accurately.
— We will find out what L C D means
2. What To Do When Screw Heads Break
— Paul Hansen has a method to extract broken screw heads from inside the piano
— He will demonstrate his technique to remedy this tricky situation
